Add resistance from the springboard for a great overall workout. Strengthen entire body and improve core and balance. Fundamentals and additional mat experience strongly recommended for these classes. (Springboard I is beginner to intermediate. Springboard II is intermediate to advanced, Osteo Springboard is designed for those with osteoporosis and/or osteoarthritis.)
