Designed for those wanting an intermediate to advanced workout. Appropriate level to enroll in once having participated in Fundamentals and Core Integration.
The exercises are demanding and dynamic. This is considered the most intense of all the levels, and only recommended for the advanced participant. The movements are challenging and at times complex, designed to build strength and endurance.
Please read the class level description under Springboard I. Springboard II simply builds on Springboard I to make the workout more demanding and challenging. It is also important for students to experience Springboard I, so they have an idea how to modify the intensity back to Springboard I level when necessary.
