Mixed Level

A combination of Fundamentals and intermediate exercises.  A great class for those seeking a stepping stone from Fundamentals.  Also recommended for the experienced student looking to review the basics. Variations and modifications are offered throughout the class. For this level, Fundamentals is a great start but not a prerequisite. (Note: it is highly recommended that those with mobility issues or medical concerns do start with at least one session of Fundamentals.)
