sessions at Pilates Performance.

class setting.

class(es) and other physical activities you are presently

often recommend pilates as a safe and effective exercise
option.

Learn to work out on the pilates equipment specially designed
by Joseph Pilates. It is both fun and challenging, and provides
versatility. It is used for exercise at many levels, from
rehabilitation right on up to workouts for the most elite
athlete. You will be guided throughout the workout by an
experienced and highly trained pilates teacher.
