It runs from Tuesday, July 13 until Thursday, August 26.

Please note that the 9:30am Wednesday Fundamentals class is cancelled for the Summer Session.

Pilates performance

Here are some reasons to consider taking private or semi-private sessions at Pilates Performance.

  • Receive personalized instruction to assist you with exercises you find too challenging or do not fully understand in a class setting.

  • Learn to work out on the pilates equipment specially designed by Joseph Pilates. It is both fun and challenging, and provides versatility. It is used for exercise at many levels, from rehabilitation right on up to workouts for the most elite athlete. You will be guided throughout the workout by an experienced and highly trained pilates teacher.
