Pilates Class Schedule - Winter Session I- 2010
The Winter Session I runs from Mon. Jan. 4 to Thurs. Feb. 25.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wednesday 4:30pm Vertical Pilates is cancelled for this session (Jan-Feb, 2010).

For anyone interested in attending classes with the "add on" or "drop in" option, we request you call in to studio (519)664-1949 or e-mail us (info.pilatesperformancegmail.com) to confirm that space is available. Many of the classes are fully registered, however, students often let us know when they need to reschedule a class, therefore possibly creating openings in classes for those using the "add on" or "drop in" option.

For anyone interested in the "pay as you go" or "add on" class option, we advise you to call the studio (519-664-1949) or e-mail us at info.pilatesperformance@gmail.com  prior to attending, in order to ensure that space is available.  We often have class times with one or two spaces available, however student attendance may change from week to week.

Thank you for your co-operation,
Mary Pat and Barb
